The Master Cleanse Diet Review
My first hand experience in going through the master cleanse, what I learned and what to expect. These are first hand
accounts that my significant other and I experienced when going through the master cleanse lemonade diet.

Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet Review
Day 1
The first day was by far the hardest. We are so used to over-feeding our body and giving in to temptation at every
turn. My significant other by far took the detox the worst. As the day began, we felt pretty good, although I was getting pretty
hungry. Our bodies are so used to the eating habit that when noon came around I felt like I was going to die (not literally). Until
your body gets used to the lemonade diet mixture, you often feel really hungry and the smell of food is just too inviting. Later on that
night my girlfriend started vomitting due to rapid detox. We were hoping for a better day the next day.
Day 2
By far the worst was over. No more vomitting however food cravings came and went. You really start to notice how much
you over-eat. It becomes abundantly clear how much crap we put in to our bodies and the serious food-addictions we have. Now I am
starting to see what the master cleanse is all about. A word to the wise, stay away from restaurants, you will be able to smell the
food. There is something about the cayenne pepper in the mix that makes this very bearable. It seems to level out my body and make me
feel real good and to stay away from food.
Day 3
The food cravings are almost gone. I get hungry here and there but it feels good to deny all the bad foods I am used to
ingesting. Due to the lack of protein and caloric intake, I can feel the burn in just about anything I do. This is important
because it means you are starting to use a set amount of calories and you aren't flooding your body with protein and calories like you always
have. This is where your body starts to reset itself.
Day 4-6
I feel o.k. about not eating. It is a really amazing experience not to be such a creature of habit. I can't explain
it in any other way. By now, you are no longer a slave to the food you eat. You are starting to feel clean, and pure. You lack
some energy however your body has adjusted your metabolism to not need these foods as much. I've lost a lot of weight, a lot of it is water
weight and food weight, but you aren't gaining any fat either and burning all the calories you use.
Day 7-10
I feel almost Euphoric. Like I have a totally new body! Now I can see how people do this for 3-4 weeks. I
absolutely do not crave any food and almost feel like it would taint my body. During this period you really start to learn about yourself
and how you function. You are still a little weak from the lack of protein however your metabolism doesn't need a lot of calories
anymore. You don't crave fast food, you don't crave sweets, you are no longer a slave to these kinds of foods. I feel alive and
clean. Now its time to work back in a great diet.

This is my basic overview of my own experiences during the master cleanse lemonade diet. These accounts are very
true. I did not embelish any of the above. I was simply amazed at how I felt towards the end of it as I did not expect too.
